Job title:

Local Non-key Training Expert

Ref to International Training Key Expert

Tasks:

The tasks for the Local Non-Key Training Expert are together with International Training Key Expert and local training providers:

• To assist in collecting information on educational institutions
• To structure and help setting up criteria for educational institutions
• To assist in assessing training needs
• To assist in making a training plan
• To assist in preparing the training programmes/courses
• To assist in conducting the courses
• To assist in evaluation of courses

Required qualifications:

In order to perform the above mentioned tasks the following qualifications are required:

• Experiences in training, study tours, work shops and European training methods.

• Good knowledge of the Russian tourism and travel training sector both with respect to public/private and international institutions.

• Min. 5 years of experience from a key position in the tourism training and educational operations sector.

• Fluent in Russian and min. level 4 in the English language.

Reports to:

The relevant international key-experts

Employment period:

April 5 th ., 2005 – October 31, 2006

Total input in man-days:

Up to 25 man-days, with the option of extension up to 75 man-days (working days)

Special conditions:

Base in St. Petersburg.
Travels in the NW regions are expected.
